Psychological Evaluations
Dougan and Walden Wellness provides assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults in the Midlothian and greater Richmond areas. As clinical psychologists, we offer intellectual, psycho-educational (achievement), medical, ADHD, or comprehensive (psycho-educational and personality) assessments for a variety of client needs, including evaluations for diagnostic purposes.
We believe in highly personalized psychological assessments, with custom designed assessment batteries created to address you and your family’s concerns. We believe that getting to know you, and your family, is the key to turning test data into personalized solutions. The information from testing can open doors, point you in new directions, or lead to personalized solutions to challenges.
Of note, health insurance covers evaluation procedures deemed as a medical necessity. Depending on referral, type of evaluation, and medical need. Some or all of the cost of the evaluation may not be covered by insurance.
If we can help or if you have further questions, call us today to learn more.
